Travel guarantee

When you book a package trip with Studentresor, you are protected by Rejsegarantifonden, the Danish statutory travel guarantee fund, in accordance with the Danish Act on a Travel Guarantee Fund and the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Who you are booking with

Studentresor.se is a brand operated by Studentlife Nordics ApS, a Danish company (CVR 46503708) with its registered office at Njalsgade 21F, 2., 2300 Copenhagen S, and the organiser of the package trips. As a Danish organiser, we are registered with Rejsegarantifonden under reg. no. 3866.

Insolvency protection (travel guarantee)

Studentlife Nordics ApS is registered with Rejsegarantifonden (reg. no. 3866). Should we become insolvent, the fund protects the payments you have made for travel services that are not delivered. If your trip has already started, the protection also covers repatriation and, where necessary, accommodation until your journey home.

Liability insurance

We also hold liability insurance with If Skadeförsäkring AB (publ), corporate ID 516401-8102, covering our tour operator and travel service activities. It covers damage for which we may be liable as a result of non-performance, deficient or incorrect performance of our obligations under a package travel agreement. Policy number: SP7478964.

Private travel insurance

The protections above concern our obligations as an organiser. They do not replace private travel insurance, which we strongly recommend to cover medical care abroad, lost baggage, accidents or cancellation for personal reasons.
