We offer instalment payments on all trips. How the amount is split depends on how far off your departure is: • More than 120 days before departure: 40% within 48 hours of booking, 30% 90 days before departure and 30% 30 days before departure • 61–120 days before departure: 50% within 48 hours of booking and 50% 30 days before departure • 60 days or less before departure: the full amount within 48 hours of booking You can pay by card. Klarna is also available for instalment payments where offered at checkout.

What's included depends on the trip type, but our package trips include: • Return flights from your chosen departure city, including checked baggage • A hotel or other accommodation, depending on the trip type • Support from a Studentresor group leader • Transfers to your accommodation or the boat, where stated for the trip Possible add-ons include excursions, extra activities and meals beyond what's included in the trip. Our package trips are covered by a travel guarantee, which provides financial protection if the trip is cancelled or cut short because the tour operator becomes insolvent. We also recommend having your own valid travel insurance.

You can cancel your trip, but a cancellation fee applies depending on how close to departure you cancel: • 40 days or more before departure: 30% of the total trip price • 39 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip price The booking fee is non-refundable.

You need to be at least 18 to book on your own. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian's consent. Get in touch and we'll tell you more about how it works for your group.

Yes! We currently offer departures from Stockholm, Gothenburg and Copenhagen, depending on the trip and week. Get in touch if you're a group from another city.

If a trip shows "Fully booked", there are unfortunately no spots left for that date. We recommend: 1. Checking whether there are other dates with the same trip type 2. Joining our waiting list via the contact form 3. Getting in touch — we can sometimes add capacity for larger groups

Croatia is part of the EU and the Schengen area. EU/EEA citizens can travel with a valid passport or national identity card. Travellers from outside the EU/EEA may need a visa depending on their nationality and should always check the current entry requirements before travelling.

We send out a detailed packing list and practical information 2–3 weeks before departure. In general, we recommend: • Light summer clothes (Croatia is hot from June to September) • Comfortable shoes for sightseeing • Swimwear and sunscreen • European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) • Any personal medication
