Ultra Europe 2027: dates, tickets and age limit

Team Studentresor · 5 sep. 2026

Ultra Europe 2027 runs from Friday 9 July to Sunday 11 July at Park Mladeži in Split. The dates are confirmed by the festival itself, and tickets for next year are already on sale.

Here is what you need to know if you are thinking about going — dates, the age limit, what tickets cost and what the whole trip adds up to if you book everything on your own.

When and where

Ultra Europe is held at Park Mladeži in the Brodarica district, a quarter of an hour from Split old town. The festival used to be at the Poljud stadium but moved here in 2019, to a site that holds more people.

The pattern has been the same for years: Friday to Sunday, the second weekend of July. 2024 was 12–14 July, 2025 was 11–13 July, 2026 was 10–12 July, and 2027 is 9–11 July.

According to the organiser the festival draws between 145,000 and 160,000 visitors from more than 120 countries.

The age limit is 18, and it is strict

Ultra Europe only admits people who have turned 18. ID is checked at the gate.

This matters more than it sounds if you graduate in spring 2027. Turning 18 later that summer is not enough — it is your age on 9 July that decides.

Check your date of birth before you book anything. Parental consent changes nothing here, because this is the festival''s own rule, not the tour operator''s.

Tickets and prices

Tickets for 2027 went on sale right after this year''s festival. Early Bird currently stands at:

TicketPrice
General Admission, three days€199
Fan Pit, three days€299
VIP, three days€399

On top of that come service charges and Croatian VAT at 13 percent, so a three-day pass lands closer to €225 in practice.

Prices rise in steps as tickets sell. The equivalent three-day pass ended 2026 at €259, and VIP, Fan Pit and the cruise package were sold out before the festival. The difference between buying early and late is in the order of thirty percent.

The site is cashless — payment on the ground goes through the Aircash app.

The line-up comes in February or March

Ultra releases the artists in phases. In 2026 the first came in March and the second in May. Expect roughly the same ahead of 2027. The line-up for next year has not been announced yet.

If you wait for the line-up before deciding, you are also waiting your way into the more expensive ticket tiers. That is the trade-off.

The islands around the festival

Around the festival itself sits Destination Ultra: day parties and closing parties on the islands off Split. The set-up has changed. Until 2024 Ultra Beach was on Hvar, but from 2025 it moved to Brač, with the closing party at Fort George on Vis.

The 2027 programme has not been released. So do not plan an island day until the festival has confirmed where it is.

Getting there

There are direct flights to Split from Stockholm Arlanda with SAS, Norwegian and Croatia Airlines, and from Copenhagen and Oslo. The airport is in Kaštela, half an hour from the centre. The airport bus costs around €10, a taxi around €40.

What does it cost if you book everything yourself?

ItemLowHigh
Return flights€120€350
Festival ticket including fees€225€300
Accommodation, five to six nights, shared€300€600
Food, drink and local transport€250€400

Roughly 10,000 to 18,000 SEK in total.

Two more things to count on. Accommodation in central Split rises thirty to fifty percent during festival week, and hotels traditionally run at around ninety percent occupancy. What is cheap in June is not cheap that week, and much of it is booked several weeks in advance.

Ultraveckan — our new week in 2027

Ultraveckan is new. This is the first time we are running it, and it goes 7–14 July 2027 — two days before the festival and three days after.

The price includes return flights from Stockholm, Gothenburg or Copenhagen, seven nights in hand-picked accommodation in Split, a wristband for all three festival days, transfers between the airport and your accommodation, and hosts on site with support around the clock. From 9,900 SEK per person.

Because the trip departs on 7 July, our general rule applies: every traveller must have turned 18 on the day of departure. For Ultraveckan that means by 7 July 2027 — which also makes you 18 for the whole festival.

The trip cannot be booked yet. We release places in waves during the autumn, and the number of wristbands is limited because the festival ticket is included. Register your interest on the Ultraveckan page and we will get in touch when places open. It does not commit you to anything.

If you have questions about the age limit, payment or what is included, the answers are in our frequently asked questions.
